Export Pricing Executive (Air & Sea Freight)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle

  Air Export Pricing

  : Obtain and negotiate freight rates with airlines, consolidators, and co-loaders.
• Manage

  Sea Export Pricing

  : Coordinate with shipping lines and NVOCCs to get the best possible sea freight rates.
• Prepare competitive

  quotations

  for clients and sales team within given timelines.
• Analyze

  market trends

  and update management about competitor rates and industry changes.
• Maintain

  good relationships with carriers, airlines, and shipping lines

  for spot and contract rates.
• Support the

  sales and business development team

  by providing accurate pricing and routing solutions.
• Ensure

  compliance with company policies

  and international trade regulations.
• Update and maintain a database of freight rates (Air & Sea).
• Coordinate with

  operations team

  to ensure smooth execution of shipments as per agreed pricing.
• Handle

  customer queries

  related to pricing, shipment costings, and routing.
• Work on

  cost optimization

  and profitability improvement.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of

  Air Export Pricing

  (mandatory).
• Good exposure to

  Sea Export Pricing

  .
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, Outlook, and freight forwarding software

  .
• Strong communication & coordination skills (English & Hindi).
