We’re Hiring | Export Manager – Europe & CE Markets

Bharrgava Global is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Export Manager to lead and expand our export business across European and other CE countries.

Industry Requirement:

Medical Device / Medical Consumable Industry experience is mandatory

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will independently manage the complete export sales cycle, develop new international markets, strengthen distributor networks, and ensure smooth execution of export orders in compliance with global trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end export sales operations for Europe & CE markets

Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Identify and onboard new distributors, agents & key accounts

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients

Handle export documentation, pricing, quotations, contracts & negotiations

Coordinate with production, logistics, quality & finance teams

Ensure compliance with international trade laws & country-specific regulations

Track market trends, competitors & customer feedback

Represent the company at international exhibitions & trade fairs

Manage payment terms (LC, advance payments) & bank coordination

Prepare sales forecasts, reports & market analysis

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of export procedures & international sales

Proven experience in Africa & European export markets

Excellent negotiation & communication skills

Ability to handle multiple countries & clients independently

Sound understanding of Incoterms, logistics & documentation

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM & export management systems

Self-motivated, professional & target-driven approach

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in International Business / Marketing / Commerce

MBA / PG Diploma in Export Management (Preferred)

5–10 years of export sales experience (Africa & Europe preferred)
