Job Description

Job Title:

Location:

detail-oriented and proactive Export & Import Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify
pre- and post-shipment export documents
(Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, etc.).
Ensure all export documentation is
accurate, complete, and compliant
with international trade laws.
Coordinate with
Sales, Logistics, Finance
, and external partners such as
freight forwarders, shipping lines, and insurance companies
.
Visit
Chamber of Commerce, Export Inspection Agency (EIA)
, and other government bodies for documentation and certification formalities.
Handle
import shipments
, coordinating with
CHA, shipping lines, and banks
for transaction closure.
Maintain knowledge of
Incoterms
and
Advance Authorisation (License)
procedures.
Prepare and maintain shipment records and MIS reports using
MS Excel
and
MS PowerPoint
.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Post-Graduate in
Commerce, International Business, or related field
.
1–2 years
of hands-on experience in export-import documentation and coordination.
Knowledge of
Incoterms
and
Advance Authorisation (License)
procedures.
Proficient in
MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
