Job Summary:

Export Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all export-related documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely shipment.
• Communicate with international clients and respond to their queries efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and handle DGFT, customs, and other statutory documentation.
• Maintain records of shipments and follow up on export orders.
• Prepare and analyze export reports and update the management regularly.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as production and accounts to ensure smooth export operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in export documentation or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office and export-related software tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
