Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Export Executive to lead and expand our export operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, logistics, and compliance. The Export Executive will be responsible for developing strategic plans to increase international market share and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Selling the products of the company to international clients and convincing them about the usability and advantages
• Managing the questions of the clients and clearing all their doubts about the products of the company
• Maintaining the daily, weekly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales reports and records
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve export targets.
• Identify and evaluate international business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and products.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the export department.
• Monitor and analyze international market trends and competitors.
• Negotiate and manage agreements and contracts with international customers.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and laws governing export activities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Lead and motivate a team of export professionals.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding sales, revenue, and market performance.

Requirements:

• Experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in international sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Prior experience in handling international sales in the health and wellness industry would be an added advantage
