Job Description: Export Executive

Position: Export Executive

Department: International Sales / Export

Location: Jaipur and Kishangarh ( Both the sites )

Reports To: Export Manager

Experience - 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities

Prepare export documents: Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin.
Prepare accurate packaging list and carton/pallet details.
Calculate CBM (Cubic Meter) for shipments and plan container loading.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, transporters for bookings.
Handle daily email communication with customers and logistics partners.
Track shipments and share dispatch/shipping updates with buyers.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for material readiness.
Maintain export files, shipment records, and basic MIS.

Skills Required

Knowledge of export documentation & shipping terms.
Ability to calculate CBM and understand packaging measurements.
Good email communication skills.
MS Excel proficiency; ERP knowledge is a plus.
Detail-oriented and disciplined.

Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce / Business / Logistics.
Experience in a production/manufacturing company preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
