Roles and Responsibilities

·      Create and implement strategies for enhancing bilateral and multilateral MSME-to-MSME relationships.

·      Research, identify, and deliver high-value export opportunities for MSMEs, and support Indian MSMEs in accessing these opportunities and securing significant business in international markets.

·      Build and maintain a comprehensive database of MSME exporters and buyers across diverse product lines.

·      Develop and manage senior relationships with MSME & Trade Associations and multipliers internationally.

·      Work on trade policy and market access challenges to address trade barriers faced by Indian MSMEs in collaboration with government stakeholders.

·      Organise and lead International Trade Promotion initiatives and participation in Exhibitions and Events worldwide.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

·      Graduation/Master’s Degree in relevant field.

·      Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Regional language.

·      Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·      Comfortable dealing with senior officials and business leaders.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify significant opportunities for Indian businesses.

·      Self-starting, professional, confident, and proactive approach to work.

·      Ability to prioritise, manage time efficiently, and plan effectively.

·      Understanding of the MSME sector

·      Awareness of the business environment and MSME-related policies in India.
