Export Executive

Manages the full export lifecycle for nutraceutical and pharmaceutical products, from lead generation

through regulatory compliance, manufacturing coordination, payments, and delivery, per Enhanced FMS

workflow.

Core Responsibilities

• Sources leads and follows up on client inquiries daily, collects regulatory requirements, submits proposals

to internal stakeholders and sends quotations within 48 hours.

• Negotiates terms, secures POs, gathers guidelines and artwork, coordinates dossier preparation/review

with RA team including corrections, and handles legalization/apostille.

• Finalizes POs/Proforma post-registration, secures advance, triggers manufacturing, reviews freight

options, collects final payments, dispatches goods and tracks delivery.

Documentation and Compliance Duties

• Prepares Proforma invoices, pre-shipment documents, handles inspections, stuffing photos, shipping bills, BOL/AWB, and bank submissions.
• Manages pharma-specific tasks: narcotics permits, origin certificates, sample dispatches via DHL, ECGC

renewals/statements, ensuring international healthcare regulation adherence.

• Tracks cargo/DHL weekly, updates insurance registers, PCINR sheets, and GST refund details.

Coordination and Reporting

• Liaises with RA Team, Purchase Executive, manufacturing, logistics partners, banks, and clients for

seamless execution, including freight negotiations and market research.

• Maintains dashboards for leads, registrations, manufacturing, payments, logistics, and completed orders; submits monthly/quarterly KPI reports.
• Collaborates across sales, production, and regulatory teams to align with company goals and expand

global presence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication, adaptability, ethical conduct, team collaboration; proficient in export

documentation, market research, Tally/Excel, English.

• 2-5 years in pharma/nutraceutical exports, knowledge of international trade laws, regulatory timelines.
• Computer literacy for tracking tools; willingness to travel for exhibitions/partners.
