Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for Livelihood & Enterprise Cluster Development Managers. The role involves travel across India to develop and manage enterprise clusters, implementing livelihood and enterprise development projects, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring effective project delivery. The Managers will also be responsible for overseeing the progress of various initiatives, conducting field visits, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in cluster project need assessment, mapping local resources, cluster management and higher order enterprise development
• Skills in stakeholder management, including liaising with government officials, financial institutions, and other partners
• Proficiency in cluster research and data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Understanding of the MSME sector and its challenges
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or related field
• Experience in working on Projects with World Bank, ADB, UNIDO, Government, NGOs or development organisations is a plus
