Role & responsibilities Social Media Creatives: Design daily graphics, carousels, memes, testimonials, and quote posts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and more. Video Editing (Short-form Focus): Edit engaging reels, influencer videos, and short-form content using trending formats, music, and transitions suited for Instagram & YouTube Shorts. Branding & Visual Identity: Maintain consistency in fonts, color palette, and visual tone across all brand touchpoints. Help evolve brand design style as we scale. Campaign & Product Creatives: Design product launch posts, offer banners, ads, landing page creatives, and email headers tailored to performance goals and audience engagement. Motion Graphics: Add simple animations, transitions, or text overlays to make video content dynamic and professional. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with content writers, performance marketers, and product teams to bring campaign ideas and concepts to life visually. Creative Ideation & Trend Spotting: Keep an eye on visual trends, viral video formats, and design inspiration to ensure our content remains fresh and high-performing. Product Demo & Explainer Videos: Edit clips that showcase product usage, features, and testimonials in a clean, concise, and conversion-driven style. Preferred candidate profile Requirements: * 13 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably for D2C or consumer brands. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or equivalent tools like Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut. * A strong design sense with attention to detail, typography, layout, and mobile-first visuals. * Portfolio showcasing social media work, videos, and digital campaigns. * Comfortable with fast turnarounds and multitasking on multiple briefs.
