Job Summary We are looking for results-driven Area Sales Managers to expand our uPVC profile sales across Delhi, Guwahati and Chandigarh. The ideal candidates must have 2-7 years of experience in B2B sales of uPVC profiles or related building materials , with strong market knowledge, fabricator/dealer connections, and a proven record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of uPVC profiles in the assigned region. Identify, develop, and onboard fabricators, dealers, and channel partners. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing fabricator clients, and bring in new fabricator clients to boost sales Conduct regular market visits, follow up on leads, and convert them into business. Coordinate with operations/logistics for order processing, delivery, and customer support. Track competitor activity and market trends to recommend effective sales strategies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and client records. Required Skills & Qualifications 2-7 years of hands-on uPVC profile sales or relevant building materials experience. Deep understanding of uPVC profiles, fabrication processes, and dealer/channel sales. Strong network of fabricators, manufacturers, and dealers in the local market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Must own a bike with a valid driving license. 2-7 years of hands-on uPVC profile sales or relevant building materials experience. Joining: Immediate or as early as possible
