Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Conceptualize, create, and deliver high-quality motion graphics, videos, and animations aligned with brand strategy.
Plan and execute video/animation projects for campaigns, product communication, social media, and internal branding.
Collaborate with cross functions to translate briefs into compelling visual content.
Drive innovation in tools, techniques, templates, and motion design standards.
Build and maintain a content library for templates, animation assets, and video elements.
Manage the video & animation team for quality output, timely delivery, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Establish and refine workflows for efficient video production and minimal rework.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Animation, Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Experience in video production, motion graphics, and animation; team leadership experience preferred.
Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools.
Knowledge of 2D/3D animation, storyboarding, sound design, and video editing workflows.
Understanding of camera operations, lighting, and production basics (preferred).
Strong creative direction, project management, and communication skills.
