Role & responsibilities Digital Marketer Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing * Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads * Assist with A/B testing, targeting, budgeting, and performance reports * Track key metrics like ROAS, CTR, and conversions Influencer Marketing * Shortlist creators and influencers * Coordinate communication, content planning, and campaign execution * Track performance and report key learnings Content & Social Media * Support monthly social media calendars and storytelling * Write post copies, brainstorm campaign ideas, and suggest formats * Stay on top of Reel trends, memes, audios, and creative hooks Creative & Brand Support * Assist in building community-led content, brand campaigns, and wellness themes * Ensure brand tone and voice is consistent across platforms Cross-Channel Alignment * Help align campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Email * Ensure unified messaging and visuals SEO & Organic Growth * Work on on-page and off-page SEO tasks * Support content team with keyword planning and SEO briefs * Contribute to growing visibility on platforms like Quora and niche forums WhatsApp & Email Marketing * Plan, execute, and monitor WhatsApp and email campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversions Preferred candidate profile Requirements: * 3 years of experience in digital marketing (minimum) * Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads, SEO tools, and content platforms * Exposure to D2C brands is highly preferred * Strong written and communication skills * Basic understanding of AI tools, automation, and trends * Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a love for analytics
