Export Engineer

• Manage and oversee export operations, documentation, and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with global principals and international clients to ensure timely order processing, shipment, and delivery.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients for Mining, Metallurgy, Railways, Oil & Gas, and Defence sectors.
• Identify and develop new export opportunities and markets.
• Liaise with logistics providers, customs, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth clearance and transportation of goods.
• Prepare commercial and technical proposals for international clients.
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions, contracts, and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality standards and timely execution of export projects.
• Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and trade policies to provide strategic inputs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, or related field). MBA/PGDM in International Business is a plus.
• 3–7 years of experience in export management, preferably in industrial sectors like Mining, Oil & Gas, Railways, or Defence.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and Incoterms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Technical aptitude with ability to explain complex equipment and solutions to international clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
