Role Description

• Identified and established new business partnerships in

the international market.

• Manage foreign customers, created quotations, and

maintained constant follow-ups.

• Make PowerPoint presentations, reports,

dashboards, and models.

• Prepare all necessary documents for Export/ Import

shipment customs clearance.

• Manage import-export documentation and possessed

comprehensive knowledge of import clearance

procedures.

• Liaised with transporters to ensure smooth delivery of

raw materials from port to warehouse.

• Coordinate closely with Custom House Agents (CHA)

and shipping lines to streamline import processes.

• Arranged and prepared all documentation required for

export and local sales transactions.

• Monitored inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply

of goods, preventing disruptions in the supply chain.

• Generated periodic reports for management review,

providing insights into import/export activities, inventory

levels, and sales performance.

• Worked on ERP systems for efficient process

• management.
