Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Support the shop management process and the tools associated with it. Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for globally compliant processes. Collaborate with data operations teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities. Proactively identify business transformation opportunities and develop business cases for process or product platform re-engineering. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to process compliance. Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Proficiency in relevant digital tools and platforms. ITIL-Greenbelt (Good to have) Lean Sigma/Six Sigma concept understanding is must. Qualifications Proven experience in shop management processes and tools. Strong understanding of Trade Dimensions and its business requirements. Demonstrated ability to write SOPs aligned with global compliance standards. Experience working with data operations teams on process optimization. Capability to identify transformation opportunities and build compelling business cases. Proficiency in monitoring KPIs and enforcing process compliance. Nice to have : Address and support the business needs of Trade Dimensions.
