Job Description

As an Associate in the Sourcing & Procurement Modernization practice at PwC, your role will involve optimizing procurement strategies through technology transformation and cost reduction initiatives. You will collaborate with the client and project teams to support global engagements, conduct analyses, develop insights, prepare excel models, analyze large datasets, capture as-is processes, prepare work plans, and design to-be processes. Additionally, you will facilitate meetings, organize recommendations, participate in new business development, and contribute to thought leadership activities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct analyses, develop insights, and prepare excel models - Analyze large datasets and capture as-is processes - Design to-be processes and prepare work plans - Facilitate meetings and organize recommendations - Participate in new business development and thought leadership activities Qualifications Required: - Full-time masters degree/equivalent is a must, MBA in Operations or Strategy preferred - 2 - 4.5 years of prior relevant work experience, with 1+ years of consulting experience preferred In this role, you will be expected to encourage collaboration, apply critical thinking to complex procurement challenges, leverage data and industry trends for S2P strategy, provide clear communication to stakeholders and suppliers, maintain adaptability across various business environments, and uphold PwC's commitment to ethics and business conduct. Additional responsibilities include leading procurement project delivery, acting as a liaison between stakeholders, suppliers, and procurement teams, providing insights for process efficiencies and procurement modernization, leading client discussions, and driving influence through actionable insights. The role also involves understanding fundamental principles of S2P Transformation, such as GEP, AP automation, Sourcing and Contracts modules, and integration to ERP systems. Preferred skills include delivering significant business results, leading project work streams, collaborating with leadership, building relationships, and effectively communicating to various audiences. Travel to client locations may be required based on project requirements. The designation for this position is Associate 2, located in Bangalore, India. Experience in industries like Hi-Tech, Consumer Electronics & Hardware, Software/IT, Semiconductors, or Telecommunications will be preferred.,
