We are looking for an Import–Export Executive to manage international shipments, documentation, and coordination for textile fabrics, trims, and garment exports. The role ensures timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and smooth communication with suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners.
Handle import & export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, Shipping Bill, LC docs, etc.)
Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, CHA, and freight forwarders.
Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch/clearance.
Manage DGFT, Customs, and bank-related compliance.
Maintain shipment records, trackers, and cost sheets.
Experience in textile/garment industry preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills.
Graduate in Commerce/International Business or related field.
