About Role
We are looking for a results-driven
YouTube SEO Executive
who will be responsible for optimizing our YouTube channel and video content to increase visibility, reach, and engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO best practices, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
What you will do?
- Optimize YouTube videos (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, end screens, and cards) to improve rankings and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research using YouTube SEO tools (VidIQ, TubeBuddy, Google Keyword Planner, etc.) to identify high-traffic opportunities.
- Improve click-through rate (CTR) through effective metadata optimization and attractive thumbnails.
- Analyze YouTube analytics to track performance, retention rate, audience behavior, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the content and creative team to plan and execute SEO-friendly video strategies.
- Ensure compliance with YouTube policies and guidelines.
- Monitor competitors’ channels, trending videos, and industry updates to recommend improvements.
- Work on strategies to increase channel subscribers, watch time, and overall brand presence on YouTube.
- Generate regular performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
What you will need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience in YouTube SEO, Video Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube Studio, SEO tools, analytics, and optimization techniques.
- Understanding of YouTube algorithm, ranking factors, and audience growth strategies.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and thumbnail creation (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
