Executive – Payment Gateway Integration Support

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Executive - Payment Gateway Integration Support with 2-5 years of experience to support merchants with payment gateway integrations and resolve technical challenges across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Support: Assist merchants with payment gateway integration across ASP.NET, Java, PHP, iOS, and Android platforms.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve payment gateway issues in UAT and production environments.
Merchant Engagement: Interact with merchants to understand requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, and verify integration prerequisites.
Payment Systems: Support various payment options including wallets, UPI, net banking, and card gateways.
Environment Management: Create test environments and support production deployment processes.
Documentation: Review Merchant Integration Documents, update FAQs, and maintain technical documentation.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience: 2-5 years in payment gateway integration or payment processing.
Programming: Basic proficiency in .NET, PHP, Java, HTML, and SQL.
Payment Gateway Architecture: Understanding of PG architecture and transaction processing.
Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience with web and mobile payment integrations.
Database Skills: Knowledge of SQL queries and database administration.
Communication: Strong English language skills with ability to explain technical concepts.
