Job Description Application Tester(Manual Testing with Payments ) Job Description: The Application Tester ensures the quality of new functionalities in applications, by executing exhaustive tests , following the defined test strategy for the project and by using state-of-the-art test tools He will ensure the quality of existing functionalities by executing non regression tests He will report to development teams any difference on expected results, Main Activities: read, analyze and review all the project documents write test-scripts, based on received documents execute the test-scripts Create and document the issues (defects) undertake the close follow-up of the correction of the defects closely collaborate with development teams Maintain the reference data base of tests for the future releases of his application (non regression tests) Support external customers during their acceptance test phases Will be involved in maintenance phase for bugs discovered in production systems (reproduce, test corrections?) Min 2 years payment domain expertise ISTQB foundation certified Min 5 yrs of testing experience Good in Unix and SQL JAVA coding experience will be value add List Primary Tech Skills Needed Unix/Linux SQL, Oracle XML HP Quality Center Jira Processes Involved: Release Management Project Test Management Change Management Education: Bachelor or Master in Computer Science
