Logistics Management: Oversee all logistical aspects of the tours, such as transportation, guides, and excursion arrangements.
Customer Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients throughout the planning and travel process, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
Budget Management: Manage the budget for each tour, controlling costs while providing a high-quality experience.
Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, and other suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure reliable service.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure all aspects of the tour meet company and customer standards.
Travel Documentation: Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents, such as visas and permits, and provide guidance on travel insurance.
Emergencies and Problem-Solving: Handle unexpected issues or emergencies during the tour, providing assistance and solutions to ensure a smooth journey.
Marketing: Promote tour packages through marketing efforts, including online channels and partnerships.

Graduate( MTA Graduates preferred) having 2 to 3 years experience in Travel Trade / Service Industry. Should be result oriented person who enjoys customer interaction and knowledge of Indian History especially South India. Age below 30 years.
