Itinerary Planning: Design and create detailed itineraries, including destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and meals, tailored to the client's requirements. Booking and Reservations: Make reservations for accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring availability and securing the best rates. Logistics Management: Oversee all logistical aspects of the tours, such as transportation, guides, and excursion arrangements. Customer Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients throughout the planning and travel process, addressing questions and concerns promptly. Budget Management: Manage the budget for each tour, controlling costs while providing a high-quality experience. Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, and other suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure reliable service. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure all aspects of the tour meet company and customer standards. Travel Documentation: Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents, such as visas and permits, and provide guidance on travel insurance. Emergencies and Problem-Solving: Handle unexpected issues or emergencies during the tour, providing assistance and solutions to ensure a smooth journey. Marketing: Promote tour packages through marketing efforts, including online channels and partnerships. Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and tour participants to continuously improve tour packages and services. Graduate( MTA Graduates preferred) having 2 to 3 years experience in Travel Trade / Service Industry. Should be result oriented person who enjoys customer interaction and knowledge of Indian History especially South India. Age below 30 years.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated with information on destinations, attractions, accommodations, and travel trends to offer comprehensive advice and recommendations to clients. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering guidance, and resolving any issues or concerns before, during, or after the travel experience. Vendor Management: Negotiate and establish relationships with hotels, airlines, transport services, and other vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality service for clients. Sales and Marketing: Promote travel packages through various channels, including online platforms, travel agencies, and partnerships to attract customers.
