Executive to MD/President

Job Summary: The Executive to MD/President will provide strategicsupport in projectexecution, business coordination, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong project management, communication, and leadership skills to drive key initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timelydelivery. Coordinate between the MD/President and stakeholders. Prepare reports, presentations, and business insights. Optimize processes, track KPIs, and recommend improvements. Manage schedules, priorities, and confidential documents. Represent the MD/President in meetings when required. Oversee the physical infrastructure of the organization, including office spaces, technology systems, and physical assets. Qualifications & Skills: Master’s in Business, ProjectManagement, or related field. 5+ years in projectmanagement, executive support,or strategy. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and data analysis. Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Problem-solving mindsetwith strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to work independently, multitasks, and prioritizes effectively. Experience handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
