Key Responsibilities: - Define and lead Emmvees brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives. - Manage the brands voice, identity, and consistency across all touch-points, including digital, print, and experiential platforms. - Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies to shape branding decisions. - Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to integrate branding into product launches and promotions. - Develop and oversee all brand communications, campaigns, and partnerships. - Protect and manage the reputation of the brand in crisis situations. - Monitor and measure the effectiveness of branding strategies through KPIs and brand equity metrics. - Lead a team of brand strategists and designers, providing creative direction and ensuring brand adherence.
