Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Manage Campus & walk-in Interviews
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • MIS Management

Preferred candidate profile

  • SAP Successfactor is added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred from Pharma/Chemical/ Manufacturing Hiring
