Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
Manage Campus & walk-in Interviews
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
MIS Management

Preferred candidate profile

SAP Successfactor is added advantage
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred from Pharma/Chemical/ Manufacturing Hiring
