About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage/ support the end-to-end recruitment process for junior, mid, and senior-level technical roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver on hiring needs.
Source talent through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Screen, assess, and present candidates with relevant technical expertise and cultural alignment.
Drive a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Build and maintain pipelines for future tech hiring needs.
Track recruitment data and provide reports for business decisions.
Stay up to date on market trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

0.6 – 1.5 years of hands-on experience in tech hiring within start-ups, product organisations, or IT companies.
Proven ability to source and recruit for a variety of technology roles across levels.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office/ Google tools.
