Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment processes to help us identify, attract, and hire the best talent for various academic and non-academic roles within the organization. Key Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing. • Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring timelines. • Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media. • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing. • Schedule and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews. • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status reports. • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. • Represent the company professionally and promote a positive candidate experience. Candidate Requirements • Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field. • 0 to 3 years of recruitment experience; prior experience in EdTech or school hiring is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using recruitment tools or HRMS platforms. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously. • Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.
