The Kumaraguru Global Education Office (K-GEO) drives the institution’s internationalization strategy — building partnerships, creating global learning pathways, and shaping transformative cross-cultural experiences for students and faculty.

Role Overview:

Design and manage student mobility programs, from short-term study abroad and exchanges to inbound international student engagement. Strengthen K-GEO’s alumni network by connecting with graduates around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outbound mobility and study abroad programs.
• Support visa, travel, and pre-departure processes.
• Manage inbound international/NRI student experience.
• Engage with global alumni and track student outcomes.
• Document and report mobility metrics.

Ideal Profile:

Global mindset, cross-cultural sensitivity, student mobility management, international travel and visa coordination, alumni engagement, attention to detail, empathy and interpersonal skills, data tracking and reporting, adaptability, and collaboration in multicultural environments. Experience of studying abroad or working in student mobility or global engagement offices will be an advantage.
