· Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and goods.

· Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper storage of materials.

· Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

· Monitor stock levels and raise material requisitions when required.

· Ensure timely inward entry of materials with proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) documentation.

· Plan and coordinate dispatches as per production and customer requirements.

· Prepare delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and related dispatch documents.

· Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth dispatch operations.

· Follow ups with vendor for material on time delivery.

· Maintain accurate records of inward/outward transactions in ERP or Excel.

· Ensure all documents (PO, GRN, DC, invoice, gate pass, etc.) are properly filed and traceable.

· Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.

· Ensure materials are stored in a clean, safe, and organized manner.

· Follow company safety protocols and housekeeping standards.

· Support 5S, Zoho Inventory and other lean inventory practices.

· Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management practices.

· Good coordination and communication skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.Com / B.Sc / BBA / Diploma in Material Management).

· Experience in manufacturing / chemical / Pharma / process industry stores operations.
