Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: Key Responsibilities are: 1) Physical receipt of all items like Raw Material/Packing Material/Engineering Spares and other auxiliary items with proper weight where it is required. 2) Physical issue of all the above mentioned items. 3) All stores related documentation like preparing manual GRN, Issue Slip, and Challan for all incoming and outgoing material with proper authentication. 4) Physical Verification of Stock and reconciliation of physical stock & book stock. 5) All inventory related data entry in Navision. 6) Physical verification of scrap and spent grain and coordinating with the concerned vendor for lifting and cleaning of factory premises. Key Challenges in Achieving Goal(s) 1) Range of Inventories: There are almost two hundred items which are handled by the executives and items like used beer bottles which are key packing material and fragile in nature and difficult to count and maintain the proper inventory. 2) Work Area: There are four warehouses in the premises and he has to monitor all of them for physical issue and receipt and as well as inventory control. 3) Compliance of all data entry jobs in Navision which is new for this unit and meeting the deadline of entries as it is closely related to other departments. 4) Working in a new unit where SOPs and systems are not established in full force, he has to perform with his individual capability to achieve organisational Excellence.
