Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – PPC (ERW Division)

Department: Production Planning & Control

Reporting To: PPC Manager / Plant Head
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in PPC (ERW / Tube / Steel Industry)
CTC Range: Up to ₹65,000 per month

Job Purpose:

To oversee and optimize the planning, scheduling, and coordination of production activities for the ERW tube manufacturing division, ensuring timely delivery, material availability, and efficient resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and plant capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Maintenance, and Quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks; take corrective actions to meet targets.
• Maintain and analyze data on material consumption, rejection, downtime, and productivity.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Collaborate with stores and logistics for on-time dispatch and inventory management.
• Assist in capacity planning, forecasting, and MIS reporting to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, safety norms, and quality procedures.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of PPC processes in ERW / Tube / Steel manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP / SAP systems, and production tracking tools.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Team coordination and leadership capabilities.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• Additional certification in Production Planning or Operations Management preferred.
