oIdentify and onboard new international customers for Natural Colors & Essential Oils.
oAchieve export sales targets and expand presence across key global regions.
oDevelop strategic sales plans for target markets and key accounts.
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
oConduct product presentations and technical discussions with global customers.
oWork closely with R&D and Technical teams to provide customized solutions.
oTrack global market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
oRepresent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
oNegotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms as per global standards.
oEnsure export documentation and regulatory compliance are met.
oSupport marketing with region-specific sales initiatives and promotions.
o Strong understanding of food & beverage industry applications.
o Knowledge of global regulatory standards (FSSAI, EFSA, FDA, etc.).
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
