1)Efficiently Manage Office of Chief Marketing Officer, Greater India Zone, through proactive planning of all initiatives and disciplined execution
2)Strategic Planning and Execution of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Calendar - meetings with India Management, Global Leadership, India Marketing and Zone India Teams
3)Project Management through collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders incl. leadership team and other EAs
4)Operational Support - Travel, Hotel and Other Claims management using tools like CONCUR and working with various internal and external stakeholders
5)Co-ordinate with other EAs and stakeholders for all types of strategic and operational support with guidance from CMO
6)Collaborate with India Marketing Team members and provide timely guidance on broad range of topics: monthly and quarterly reviews, brainstorming discussions and strategic projects
7)Participate and play strong role in planning and execution of Key Events in India including Annual Sales Conference, Innovation Days, Elecrama, Innovation Summit etc.
8)Work closely with HR Team and organize various Employee Engagement sessions for India Marketing Team
9)Manage the Project Management Office (PMO) for key strategic activities including Monthly and Quarterly Reviews, Important Marketing Campaigns, New Initiatives supporting India Zone
10)Mentor and be buddy of new joiners in India Marketing Team with necessary soft skills
1)Strong People Collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
2)Ability to engage with Top Leadership with finesse, maintain confidentiality

5)Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Other software knowledge

7)Natural flair for Content creation and writing skills
8)Strong English and Hindi language skills - reading, writing and speaking
9)Natural flair for Marketing and Branding including knowledge of social media, Internal Comms tools like Yammer, Event Management, Lead Generation etc.
