About the Role

What You’ll Do

Business Development:
Leverage existing accounts + acquire new clients for executive search.
Delivery Management:
Drive quality delivery of

in IT
Leadership:
Define strategy, scale the vertical, and play a key role in Orcapod’s management team.
P&L Ownership:
Own revenues, profitability, and resource utilization.
