Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Manager located in Jaipur. The Executive Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and creating sales strategies. The role will involve preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Sales-focused skills including lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
• Strategic planning and market analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines
• Experience in the construction, interior design, or architectural industry is preferred
