Executive Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, your prime responsibility will be to build strong relationships with Branch Managers and Team members of the Assigned Branches. You will be expected to generate maximum leads from the assigned branches, take them to closure, and generate maximum revenue for BSLI. Your role will also involve ensuring effective conversion of leads supplied, continuous interaction with channel partners, and supervising and coordinating the sales of policy. It will be crucial for you to meet targets as per the set norms of foreign bank relationship and execute smooth functions of sales and other processes to maximize business potential. You will also be required to prepare and present sales illustrations to prospective clients, explain policy details, arrange necessary documentation and medical examinations, adhere to KYC norms, and ensure minimal sales complaints resolved within TATs.
