Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries. Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable travel packages. Maintain follow-up with existing and potential customers to close sales. Prepare quotations, itineraries, and confirmations. Ensure smooth execution of bookings and resolve client issues promptly. Maintain records, reports, and sales data. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 13 years of experience in Sales / Operations (Travel industry preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage tasks efficiently and handle client queries professionally. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting). Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
