Executive Quality responsible to ensure the quality inspection and planning with respect to the quality plan on production line. What You’ll Be Doing Ensuring safety at workplace. Adherence to safety norms. Ensuring compliance to customer requirement, company quality standards and SOP. Ensuring compliance to product specifications and quality attributes. Testing all raw material, finished goods & in process material and recording of data. Analysis of test results, reporting and taking corrective action. Perform process audits. Facilitates analysis and coordinates activities related to process/system improvement projects. Conduct product changeovers with production team. Benchmarking facilitation and analysis. Monitoring and resolving process problems. RCA and implementation of action plan. Handling customer complaints and taking corrective actions. Issuance of test certificate. Prepare reports. Maintenance and calibration of lab equipment. 5S implementation in lab. Team development and imparting trainings. Managing all lab activities. Knowledge of Continuous Improvement process Awareness About IMS Awareness of IS standards. What We’d Love For You To Have We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors and values. As long as you have the willingness to learn anything you need for the role that you don't already have, we'd love to speak to you. If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage: Bachelor of Engineering from a reputed college (preferably mechanical & Chemical) – Must Basic understanding of Quality Tools and equipment. Knowledge of calibration process of gauges and instruments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
