Executive Quality Control

We are looking for a Quality Control Executive with hands-on experience in the printing and packaging industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of polymers, paper, inks, and additives, and be capable of taking independent quality-related decisions. The role involves ensuring product quality, compliance with standards, and effective documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure quality standards for printing and packaging products.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
• Define, maintain, and update Quality Reports, COA (Certificate of Analysis), and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal quality norms.
• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams to resolve quality issues.
• Approve or reject materials based on quality evaluation.
• Maintain proper quality documentation and records.
• Support audits and customer inspections as required.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality systems.

Technical Knowledge Required

• Properties and definitions of Polymers, Papers, Inks, and Additives.
• Quality standards and testing methods relevant to printing and packaging.
• Preparation and interpretation of COA, SOPs, and quality reports.
• Understanding of process controls and quality assurance practices.

Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Mechanical, or related field.

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Control within Printing & Packaging industry.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
