Office Attendant

Job Title: Office Boy

Location: Egmore & Redhills, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting to: Admin / HR Department

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic housekeeping and upkeep of office premises including desks, pantry, and washrooms.
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Handle office errands such as bank work, courier dispatch, and material pickup/delivery.
• Distribute and collect inter-office documents between Egmore and Redhills locations.
• Assist with office filing, photocopying, and basic admin support.
• Help in arranging meeting rooms, chairs, and refreshments.
• Support maintenance-related tasks and vendor coordination when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or ITI/Diploma
• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Should be polite, disciplined, and trustworthy
• Basic communication skills in Tamil
• Willingness to travel between office locations (Egmore & Redhills)

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: As per company norms and candidate experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
