Executive Quality Control

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test incoming raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis of products as per SOPs.
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and maintain HACCP records.
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and sanitation protocols are followed.
• Identify and report quality deviations or non-conformities.
• Support root cause analysis and assist in implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain all QC records, test reports, and logs in compliance with ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Calibrate and maintain lab instruments as per schedules.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams for quality-related matters

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
