Job Description

Knowledge: Familiarity with FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and Environmental Laws is a plus.

Property Due Diligence and Real Estate MIS (40%)

Coordinating with consultants for obtaining Land Due Diligence reports for each new property.
Coordinating with licensing consultants for seeking confirmation on licenses.
Collating documents of Landlords and uploading & updating on compliance tool.
Taking DD sign off from General Counsel.
Participating in project reviews and internal reviews to measure progress on New Store opening.

Contract Management for Real Estate and Properties PAN India (40%)

Drafting, Reviewing and vetting lease and license agreements
Initiating contracts for signing through E-signing tool
Cross functional coordination mainly with Business Development team.

Risk and other work (20%)

Issuing termination notices and recovering security deposit from landlords.
Handling certain compliances on need basis.
Working on risk management projects like BCP
Keeping track of insurance policies.
Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Law (LLB).
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge: Familiarity with FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and Environmental Laws is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, coordination, and drafting abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
