Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales mis operations, ensuring accurate data reporting and analysis.
Develop and maintain dashboards using SFDC to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Create advanced Excel reports to analyze sales trends, identify areas of improvement, and provide insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective presales strategies and tactics.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality MIS reports that meet business requirements.
