Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.

Liaise with mortgage brokers, clients, underwriters, and lenders throughout the loan cycle.

Maintain regular follow-ups with brokers and clients for outstanding documents or clarifications.

Conduct preliminary checks including income verification, credit history, ID verification, and compliance checks.

Enter and update data in CRM or loan processing systems with high accuracy.

Track application status and coordinate internally to ensure timely processing and approvals.

Assist brokers with product information, lender policies, and submission requirements.

Prepare and verify documents for final settlement and disbursement.

Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML).

Maintain updated knowledge of loan products, interest rates, policies, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

1 3 years of experience in loan processing, mortgage support, or broker coordination.

Strong understanding of loan types (home, personal, business), credit criteria, and compliance guidelines.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service orientation.

Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in loan origination systems, CRM platforms, and MS Office tools.

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
