Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Inbound Calls:

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Handle customer inquiries regarding products or support.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department.
Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience.
Record all call details and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Outbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers for sales or follow-ups.
Promote products or services and achieve assigned sales or performance targets.
Reconnect with inactive or potential clients to generate new business opportunities

General Duties:

Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
Follow standard operating procedures and call scripts where applicable.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies.
Participate in regular training and team meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

High school diploma or bachelors degree (preferred).
Proven experience in a call centre, customer service, or sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.
Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
