Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

ERP Support Executive

to join our Software Technology team in Ambernath. In this role, you will be responsible for managing master data, developing analytical reports, and resolving software and data-related issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems, strong technical skills, and a solid foundation in data analysis tools and database management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to generate ongoing reports.
  • Provide technical and software support for ERP-related issues.
  • Coordinate with software vendors and internal users to identify and resolve system problems.
  • Train end-users on new technologies, modules, and system functionalities.
  • Support initiatives focused on data integrity, automation, and process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and queries using tools such as Crystal Reports and SQL.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of data through regular audits and validation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an

    ERP Support Executive

    Data Analyst

    , or in a similar technical role.
  • Strong technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Crystal Reports

    Python scripts

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational Qualifications
