Job Description

Job Title: Tender Executive

Company : Shining Star Outsource Services Pvt Ltd.

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Daily monitoring of
GEM Portal
,
E-Procurement portals
, and
department websites
for relevant tenders.
Preparation and submission of
technical and financial bids
as per tender requirements.
Tender documentation
– collection, verification, and compilation of all required documents.
Coordination with internal departments (Finance, Operations, HR) for preparing tender documents.
Handling
bid queries
, pre-bid meetings, and correspondence with tender authorities.
Maintaining a record of all submitted tenders and tracking tender status till finalization.
Preparing
comparative statements
, summaries, and MIS reports for management review.
Ensure timely
renewal of registrations, licenses, and digital signatures (DSC)
.
Experience in
Facility Management/Manpower Outsourcing
tenders will be preferred.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of
GEM Portal
operations and
Government tendering process
.
Proficiency in
E-Tendering / E-Procurement portals
(Central, State, PSU portals).
