Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Management Assistant located in Bhopal. The Executive Management Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, and performing executive support tasks. This role involves scheduling meetings, preparing documents, handling communication, and assisting with various administrative duties on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations and support for the executive team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Skills in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Capable of providing Executive Support
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
Should be good in Calendar and Schedule Management: ● Good in Administrative Tasks ● Data Analytics & Reporting ● Involved in Liaison and should have excellent Communication skills ● Responsible for Travel Arrangements ● Give Personal Assistance to CEO, Director & VP’s. REQUIRED SKILL SETS ● Should have handled sales, customer service ● Executive assistant to CEO/Director ● Must have good knowledge in excel ● Should have Pleasant personality ● Strong verbal and written communication ● Adept in liasioning.
