Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharma roles across functions like RD, QA, QC, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and maintain candidate engagement.
  • Handle offer negotiation, release, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports in (Excel PPT)
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.

Required Skills Experience

  • 3 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the

    pharmaceutical or healthcare sector

    .
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Having HRMS usage will be an added advantage.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
