Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharma roles across functions like RD, QA, QC, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and maintain candidate engagement.
Handle offer negotiation, release, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports in (Excel PPT)
Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.

Required Skills Experience

3 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the
pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
.
Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
Having HRMS usage will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
